Biography

Music City Attractions® was founded over 25 years ago by Beau Loeser. Originally from Charlottesville, Virginia, Beau began his professional career with his first radio appearance on WJMA Radio in Orange, Virginia. Additional radio shows followed and demand for his personal appearances grew.
Beau, born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains, was influenced musically early on in life by a variety of local, regional and national recording artists of the era including: Ralph and Carter Stanley, "Sunshine" Sue from The Old Dominion Barn Dance, Mac Wiseman, Scotty Stoneman, Buck Ryan, Jim and Jesse, Smitty Irving, Patsy Cline and a host of fellow native Virginians!
"My mom bought me an old plastic banjo from F.W. Woolworth when I was about eight years old, I loved that thing. One day, I left it laying outside and my Dad accidentally ran over it with the car! A while later, we took a family trip to New York on a tour bus and my Dad bought me a toy bus in the terminal to make up for running over my plastic banjo. Well, when we got home, as soon as I opened the box and took it out, my brother John accidentally fell on the toy bus and crushed it. You know, life sure is funny...I haven't been able to get away from String Instruments and Tour Busses since!!"
"I started playing the banjo and guitar when I was about ten years old. I met Earl Scruggs about two years later. He let me play his old Gibson Mastertone and my life hasn't been the same since!"
Before Beau turned 15 years old, he found himself opening concerts for the likes of Porter Wagoner, Dolly Parton, Tex Ritter, Kitty Wells, Del Reeves, Loretta Lynn and a host of Country Music artists.
During Beau's three-year tenure with The Frontier Jamboree, one of Missouri's most popular Country Music Theatres, he appeared as a featured vocalist and instrumentalist with some of Country Music's legendary entertainers including The King of Country Music, Roy Acuff, Conway Twitty, Ernest Tubb, "Jumpin'" Bill Carlisle, Lonzo and Oscar, Billy Grammer, Freddy Hart, Cal Smith and Bluegrass giant, Rhonda Vincent.
After spending two years in Texas playing Honky-Tonks and Rodeos, Beau realized that Country Music would be a big part of the rest of his life, and Music City Attractions® was born.
Today, Beau credits Legendary Bluegrass Entertainer Johnny Vincent of "The Sally Mountain Show" for a great deal of the success he has experienced in the Entertainment Industry! "Thanks, Johnny, for giving me the big break ever entertainer needs! I'll never forget it!"
"Often I'm asked what is the most memorable experience I've had in my career. My reply is always the same."
"It was a great honor for me to have been selected by representatives of the Norwegian Olympic Committee as one of only five artists to represent American Country music, to an international audience, at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway."
"I remain humbled by the honor, and it is a moment in my career I will always treasure."
